The hearing of the contempt case filed against the well-known Supreme Court lawyer Prashant Bhushan has been postponed. This contempt case is of 2009. Now the new bench of the Supreme Court will hear the case. A bench of Justice Arun Mishra, hearing the case, has sent it to the Chief Justice of India. Now CJI SA Bobde will constitute the new bench.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जाने-माने वकील प्रशांत भूषण के खिलाफ दर्ज की अवमानना मामले की सुनवाई टल गई है. ये अवमानना मामला 2009 का है. अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट की नई बेंच मामले की सुनवाई करेगी. मामले की सुनवाई कर रही जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा की बेंच ने इसे चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया के पास भेजा है. अब CJI एसए बोबडे नई बेंच का गठन करेंगे.
